I will send you a 7 day food and drink to complete as well as a short questionnaire where you can let me know your current health goals as and which foods enjoy and those you avoid so I can tailor it to your preferences
I will review your diet to make sure you’re getting the right balance of nutrition for you and that your diet supports your health goals e.g. have more energy or feel less bloated
Once I have reviewed your diet I will give you feedback via a 30 minute telephone or video call and send a summary via email
