Nutritional Therapy is a complementary medicine which looks at each person as UNIQUE with their own individual genetic makeup, diet, lifestyle and stressors.
Nutritional Therapy uses a holistic 'whole body' approach and looks at each system of the body as interconnected.
As Therapists we work with you to find out the 'ROOT CAUSE' of your underlying your health issues. We go through a comprehensive case history, body system checklist and carry out testing to find out the why you've developed the symptoms you have today and how we can best address them.
We use a wide range of tools to assess your symptoms including comprehensive questionnaires and consultations, symptom measurement, GP blood tests, functional testing and more.
Nutritional therapy is suitable for ANYONE of any age, whether you have specific concerns to target or want to improve your overall well being.
Nutritional Therapy can benefit anyone and is personalised to your unique case history, symptoms and lifestyle. We can work with anyone of any age, although we have specialist areas that we feel most passionate about. Mine are listed below.
You do not need to have a diagnosed condition to work with us and you do not need to be unwell, we can also help you to optimise your wellbeing and performance.
We do not replace primary care practitioners e.g. GPs but we do work closely alongside them to ensure you're getting the best care possible.
From time to time we will make use of our wider network and refer to other holistic practitioners as part of your care, such as acupuncturists, chiropractors, massage therapists and counsellors.
Conditions or symptoms we can help with include, but are not limited to:
*Headaches or migraines
*Muscles aches and pains
*Skin complaints such as eczema and acne
*Asthma and bronchitis
*Arthritis (osteo, rheumatoid, psoriatic)
*Digestive issues such as bloating, constipation
